New Footpath Warden

The village has a new footpath warden.  Parish Councillor Ian Burton has taken over from David Corney who was in the post for five years.

Road to Clifton Hampden Closure

The Parish Council has been advised that the road to Clifton Hampden has been closed for emergency roadworks.

The closure is expected to last until 29th August although the One.Network website suggests it may be until 30th August.

UKAEA Culham Open Day

Bus Service Update

Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) has announced that there will be changes to all services currently operated by Going Forward Buses from Monday 2nd September.

The D1 Service between Wallingford and Didcot which calls at Long Wittenham will now run on Mondays and Wednesday only.  OCC will be operating the service. Continue reading
